There could be a few reasons why someone might wear Depends underwear even if they don't need them:

This has taken the internet by storm with people screaming mad because the jalapeno is less spicy than it was 20 years ago. I mean people are very pissed off and not holding back on reddit. We explain what happened and why. Now the TAM II jalapeno, created by Texas A&M university in the Rio Grande Valley is the best selling jalapeno pepper sold in the United States but chefs find its no longer as spicy as it once was making one start asking around if indeed this was being done on purpose. Our investigation reveals that yes the jalapeno was modified to be unspicy. In Reality the Grande Jalapeno Pepper has much less spice than even the poblano which is a very mild pepper so why is there so much fuss over this TAM II Jalapeno which is still way more spicy. The grandes are great for grilling chiles toreados with bacon and cream cheeze on the bbq and they won't burn your mouth and still taste spicy.
