The Driving Force behind the Apex Copper Coast Retreats and The Apex Outback Postie Bike Ride! Dale & Neil are both amazing humans and amazing Apexians. Their passion for the aid of others is inspiring and you become pumped up about life simply by being in their presence. Proof of what can be achieved if you have a goal and are driven enough to achieve it.

The King of The Apex Magic Castle! Poppy Chalet has dedicated a large part of his life to the upkeep of one of Apex Australia's Magical Assets. Jamie talks about the lives changed at the Children's Chalet in Smiggins and the challenges of running a Chalet in the Kosciuszko National Park. A magical story of what can be achieved when a group of volunteers band together for the benefit of others.

Apex Park in Canberra has been renamed Valour Park. Mick Burgess is President of the Remembrance Driveway Council and looking to upgrade the park to honour the Victoria Cross Recipients from the Afghanistan conflicts. This will inenvitably draw more attention to the Apex Memorial that honours those that served in World War 2. As Apexians it is fantastic that we can hear the propsal and support it in any way possible.

The Gentleman Traveller! Ian "Chucky" Curren is a Life Member of Apex and has regular attendance at Apex functions at a local, state, national and international level. Respected by many, Chucky is a champion fella and continues to give to Apex and his local community. Great fun to have a chat with and it was my honour to speak with him about his Apex life.
