Fleur Chambers is an Australian meditation teacher and author known for her accessible approach to mindfulness and well-being. Her latest book, North Star Habits, offers readers practical guidance on cultivating daily habits that align with their core values and aspirations. Drawing from her extensive experience, Chambers provides insights and exercises designed to help individuals navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose. The book emphasizes the importance of small, consistent actions in creating meaningful change and fostering a more fulfilling life.

Fleur runs her business, The Happy Habit as a social enterprise. She provides funding to grass roots projects that support project leaders around the world to create culturally appropriate and sustainable change.

Do date, through her work, 60,000 people have been provided with access to clean drinking water.

In particular, funds from North Star Habits will go towards the creation of a library for children with autism in Bangladesh.
