B&G FANS, OUR HIBERNATION IS OVER. After releasing 2 albums, selling out a venue, and living the most of our lives, we have returned to bring you a tasty little treat before our FIFTIETH EPISODE SPECIAL releases and our FOURTH SEASON comes later this summer.

The gang got together before our special event to talk some god old B&G talk and get way off course like we always do. Our very good friend, sponsor and shaman Scott Black joined us to tease a new segment coming in season four, and the boys tried as hard as they could to fend off the dreaded giggles.

Music fans, it is a long and winding road that leads us here, the finale of our 3rd season. The path has been beautiful with dozens of talented performers, tastemakers, and creators making up an incredible artistic community in our valley. We are so grateful you've joined us and so proud to call this place home.

To cap off our season correctly and round things off nicely we asked the talented Amelia Empson to join us on the B&G stage to sing us some mountain music. She brought multiple guitars, a saw (for music, not tree cutting) and her vast knowledge of all things Appalachian outdoors. There's enough in this ep to be a season in and of itself.

The music... I mean c'mon. The kind of voice that bounces of holler walls and delivers beautifully eloquent lyrics in a tone that makes you both happy and sad in the most delightful way. Amelia even blessed us with two tracks of UNRELEASED HEAT (trademark pending) so there's exclusive tunes waiting for you, all YOU have to do is watch.

We started the season with some bluegrass, and we ended with some bluegrass. I hope you all have enjoyed the joyous noise that came between. Until next time...

Man oh man. What words can do the phenom justice?

A man who has literally grown up in the game and an artist who's unc status was earned, not given; the one and only ZPO (not zeepo you nerds, Z. P. O. ) is as synonymous with Roanoke Rap as water is with oceans. If you haven't heard him, lift the rock under which you live, unclog your ears, and listen to a talented lyricist with a range that gives his listeners a diverse discography to dive into.

His first episode was one of our initial blockbusters, and this episode is another PHENOMenal release. We finally get a full performance from ZPO, and he brings the house down with the same energy that has made him a household name in the valley. Not watching is simply a disservice to yourself.
