    In Episode 5, we dive into the critical issue of abortion bans and reproductive freedom in America, discussing the disproportionate impact of the overturn of Roe v. Wade on people of color, rural communities, and more. This conversation follows the tragic, preventable deaths of two Black women in Georgia, Amber Thurman and Candi Miller, whose lives were cut short due to the complications and fears surrounding Georgia’s restrictive 6-week abortion ban. I also share my predictions for the upcoming Presidential and Vice Presidential debates. On the pop culture front, we examine the alarming rise in domestic violence, spotlighting the horrific case of Olympic marathon runner Rebecca Cheptegei of Uganda, who was set on fire by her boyfriend.
