Dave Brager is a Real Estate Investor in the San Diego market.  He's been investing since 2015, but it wasn't an easy start. He hustled driving Uber and Lyft while hunting for deals at the same time. Yesenia Nogales is a San Diego Entrepreneur, currently focusing on Real Estate ventures. Her mother moved her family to the U.S. when Yesenia was a teenager, and was unaware they were moving permanently. Upset at first, she quickly ingrained herself in the U.S. culture to learn the language and to make a living. She started in the restaurant industry, negotiating a partnership deal to bring a struggling restaurant from the brink of closing to thriving and expanding. In search of a way to spend more time with her daughter, she eventually sold the restaurants and transitioned into Real Estate, which provided a bit more flexibility with her schedule. Matt Davies is a San Diego based Broker and Investor. After studying Jazz Trumpet Performance and touring with the likes of John Legend and Macy Gray, he started bartending at a local spot in La Jolla. When noticing the nice cars and flexible schedules of his customers, he learned that many of them were successful through Real Estate, and decided to jump in the industry as well. He lives by the concept of 'going deep, not wide', and has become known as the 'North Park Whisperer', and is an expert in this neighborhood. Matt uses his earnings from the Brokerage arm and the Flipping arm to fund his goals of continuing to acquire properties for long term and short term rentals.
