This is our final episode of season 1.
Can you believe we've made it through a whole season?! 
We have loved every moment of doing this podcast. We've made it through tears of sadness and joy, but this is hands down, the best thing we have ever done.

Nan has a very specific request when it comes to dying and what happens to her after she has passed. It is so specific that we know exactly where the forms are with the instructions, time frames and who is responsible for what.

Well this was a tough one as we talk all about our Mum, Nan's daughter. 
The incredible Sharon Ann Fox who sadly lost her battle with cancer at just 27 years old. She may have left 3 small children and a huge hole in the Fox family, but she also left this planet surrounded by love and full of laughter until her last day.

This was a great episode, as we literally ate the homemade coffee cake that Caz made for us, drank copious amounts of tea (from a pot cause we're posh like that), laughed and cried a bit too.

Nan and Carol had a super special friendship that saw them through kids, marriages and of course sadness and laughter.

Friendships like theirs (Including June of course as they come as a package) are mega important, and really get you thinking about community and helping one another.
Nan shares her insights into how to be a good friend and how helping people who need it is just what people should do, and we couldn't agree more!

Nan shares her stories of having her 4 children in the 50's and 60's and how child birth was back then. From 10 days in the hospital, walking across fields when she is in labour, and having her last 2 children in the front room. This woman really is epic!
