Dependency is one of those things that can be good, when its discussed as I'm depending on you to pay your part of the rent this month but it can also be bad when you're depending on someone else for happiness or other things you should create on your own. 

Lets talk about it and climb out of that dependency hole.

I talk a lot about life as a father, how it is caring for my son but I realized I never introduced you guys. 

So what better time than now! Kids often have very surprising things to say.. My kid is no different in that regard.

What comes to mind when you think about love? Is it that old saying that love hurts.. or that love is complicated?? If you believe that then you have the wrong idea.. Love is gentle, its kind and its a choice... People say you don't choose who you love... that may be true... but you do choose who you give your love too.. and if you find yourself giving love and not receiving equal effort in return.. then you might just be attached to that person... waiting on the chance for love.

Do you feel good about yourself when someone gives you a compliment? Does it take receiving a compliment to make you feel good. Doesn't matter if the answer to that question is yes or no because the answer is simple. You Need To Embrace You!! If you sitting around the house looking ragged.. so.. If you going out on a Friday night to have a good time.. so.. both version are you and you need to embrace that..

I have a problem!! When I have an issue or feel a certain because of situations and scenarios, I don't want to be met with ridicule, attitude, defensiveness and misunderstanding. I want to be met with patience, understanding and warmth. Everyone should be able to feel those things when expressing themselves but so many of us struggle to give them. Why? Is it because we weren't taught how to? Is it because we just are who we are or, is it because we chose the wrong person??

How do you feel about your environment?? Does it add to your morale or take away from it. We often overlook the importance our environment plays in our lives. It's supposed to be your place of peace, where you and your partner or family feel free to express themselves and can recharge for the battles we fight on a daily basis. If you don't feel that way about your environment then it's definitely time to make some changes. A change in environment has worked wonders for me and my son.

It would be rare to find a situation where two people meet and they stay together forever without dating anyone else or being involved with anyone else. Because of that, most of us have failed relationships whether we ended them or someone else. Do you ever wonder what went wrong or find yourself thinking why the hell was I with this person to begin with?
