And that's okay, and only because you're dealing with so much outer and inner stimuli at the same time, most of which, is indescribable as you experience it, and only really understandable after you experience it. So, as you're having the experience, you're probably not fully aware of what's happening until after you're at least part of the way out of it. This might make you feel less confident about yourself, but in truth you should be cleaning that feeling out of you, and placing a new, more supportive thought in its place. Such as...
