Recipe: Pan American Clipper Cocktails

• Ingredients: Applejack Apple Brandy, Absinthe, Grenadine, Lime juice,
• Steps:

1. In a shaker with ice, add 2oz Applejack, 1/2 oz grenadine, and 3/4 oz lime juice
2. Shake well, and pour into a coupe glass with an absinthe rim

Recipe: Thumb Thumb Cocktails

• Ingredients: Gin, Pomegranate juice, lime juice, simple syrup
• Steps:

1. Mix two shots of Gin with equal parts of the juices and simple syrup in a shaker
