Today we're talking about self care as a tool to support our mental health. I share my own experiences with low periods and anxiety, and how slowly building in self-care habits has equipped me with the tools I need to make it through some tough times. There's no one way to do this self care, and it's not always easy to be consistent. Even just a mindset shift towards the impact of self care on your mental well-being can let us access a safe space within ourselves, and is so so important.
