Michelle has been on a life journey that has taken her from Occupational Therapist via her own cancer diagnosis to a eventual life calling through the medium of Feng Shui.

Michelle is a beautiful soul and this is a heartfelt story that speaks to how helping to facilitate healing so that everyone can be their best version of themselves is maybe the real purpose of life itself.

In truth this episode is about so much more than Feng Shui, Michelle and I have known each other for over 15 years when we were random housemates in our younger years. This episode was really two friends sitting down and talking about life. I hope you enjoy it.

On this episode I sit down with Illiyin Morrison (Mixing up Motherhood)

Illiyin is a midwife, birth debrief facilitator, author and mother of two. She qualified as a midwife in 2017 and went on to work in a busy south London hospital. Upon leaving clinical work she embarked on a journey to support those in the perinatal trauma.

In this episode we spoke about everything from difficulty with conception, to miscarriage, still birth and difficult birth, postnatal, infant feeding and relationship difficulties.

This was an eye-opening and raw conversation that was as much a learning experience for me as I hope it will be for the listener.

On this episode I sit down with Jimmy Davis.

Jimmy Davis is a multi-faceted talent. Emcee, university lecturer, podcast host, presenter, public speaker, DJ and everything else in between.

We first met circa 2013 when I saw Jimmy support Luke Concannon (formerly Nizlopi) at a gig in London.

His music immediately resonated with me because he was an emcee willing to spit about more than the usual mundane subjects associated with the genre.

Socially conscious and hard hitting lyricism matched with must see stage presence led to Jimmy and I forming a connection which has existed for many years.

Yet for all of his music success - Jimmy has a deeper story that speaks to personal hurdles he had to overcome, that being drug addiction and how he came out the other side.

Jimmy didnt hesitate to agree when I asked him if he was willing to chop this all up on the game is the game. I hope you enjoy the episode.
