The World's Strongest Grip Competition will be held in conjunction with The Odd Haugen Strength Classic at the LA Fit Expo on Jan. 25/26th 2025. Odd and Will sit down to discuss the numerous strength competitions that will be held that weekend. The 12th Annual King Kong Grip Challenge has wrapped up. It's the World's Biggest Multi-venue Grip Competition in the world with over 33+ venues hosting and a total of 373 individual competitors lifting this year. The Men's overall winner was Carter Colleaux and the Women's overall winner was Sarah Chappelow. The man behind this competition is Eric Roussin and he joins the show as we cover all the weight class winners, top lifts, and other important details surrounding this amazing competition.

Ivan Cuk is a fast rising star in the world of Grip. He was known early on for his elite level gripper closes but Ivan has solidified himself as a world class competitor as well in the last couple of years. He's medaled in his last two appearances for Armlifting USA at the Arnold Classic in the 100kg weight class (taking 1st place in 2024.) In this interview Ivan discusses his introduction to the sport, training philosophy/programming, favorite competitions, people cheating certifications, and much more! Armlifting USA held their 2024 World Championship in Las Vegas at the Olympia Fitness Expo. The three events contested were the 2" Saxon Deadlift, Rogue Anvil, and 2" Raptor Medley. Some of the world's strongest grips and most experienced athletes took to the platform to battle it out for their places on the podium. The competition was made up of the following events: Mash Monster Gripper Close, Drill Rod Reverse Steel Bend, 2 Hand Euro Pinch, Marcy 45 Hub (Max weight), and a Thomas Inch Dumbbell/Blob combo lift. The events were based more around feats of strength than the sports standard competition lifts which makes this a very unique and exciting competition to check out!
