This week we are taking a look at two different Tennessee Institutions (Both Memphis and Nashville)!
First and Foremost, it was Dip’s birthday when we went to Dino’s (@dinosnashville). Happy Birthday, Dip!

We may have created a Poultry-stein with this concoction… but boy howdy was it delicious!
After snagging a bit of a “Secret Ingredient” from Dino’s … Their HOT Oil! [Didn’t know they had that did’ja!]
Then hopped into the car to drive a WHOPPING 6 Minutes away.
We arrived at the one and only…. One of the best pieces of Chicken that EITHER of our Hosts have ever eaten….

The Sides were good, but the Chicken was AMAZING!

Well technically, they may have a flavor called “Houston we have a Problem”, but we see no problems here!

Nashville Hot Chicken & Gyro is a new fresh face where the Pita Pocket previously used to reign.
It's located on the Hendersonville “Johnny Cash Parkway” area, and towards the entrance to the highly trafficked areas of Hendersonville!

Alex found this “Late Bird North” after a songwriter round in Nashville for Ms. Debi Champion’s set at the Commodore Grill.
With the help of some of Hendersonville’s finest officers, he ordered the Hot Chicken Dirty Fries and never looked back!

“But Fellas… how can it be Hot Chicken if you have GYROs and Shawarma too?!”

This week, we’re visiting a minor chain here in Middle Tennessee… with options on the Southeastern Side of Nashville), Lebanon TN, and Hendersonville TN.

BJ Hot Chicken has a good many options, with a few creative choices on flavoring.

This was an interesting experience that led to some pretty intriguing options!

It's centrally located in the Hendersonville "Main Street" area, and near several other Prominent businesses (including the VUMC Women's Center)!

Oh what a spicy journey we're starting!

We took a trip to the newest (at time of recording) Prince's Hot Chicken Location at the Tanger Outlets in Antioch.

This restaurant is only a short trip from downtown, and if you happen to drive to and from the Boro (Murfreesboro) you'll drive past it a few times a day!

Stop by and see the amazing history on the walls that reference the family, and who knows! You may even see Ms. Andre there! haha

Either way, enjoy some amazing Watermelon Sweet Iced Tea, Spicy Chicken, and some great stories.
