I get pretty irritated with spoiled whininess in my life, and it turns out, I feel the same way about it in the Bible!?  Well, maybe not to the same extent that I do when I'm faced with it today, but I couldn't help but think that Thomas and Phillip outta get their heads out their a**es in today's Gospel.  Why? well....you're just going to have to tune in to find out!

The voice of our Shepard is one that we all should recognize above all others, even in a crowd of many "shepards" (i.e. culture, "common knowledge", "conventional wisdom", etc.).  We must always keep our sword sharp in order to fend off the voices of those who wish to lead us astray, steal us, and ultimately doom us.  Tune in this week to the after sunday episode for some insight on this...
