We discuss eavesdropping, Sam has fully settled into his dad clothing style, and Gabe can't wait to be the "Grillmaster" of his future home. We give our semi-official, spoiled-loaded thoughts on the "Barbie" movie, Gabe has a proposition for the Writer's Guild of America, and Sam has a piping hot take in defense of AI writing our entertainment. As they say in "Barbie", "Humans only have one ending, but ideas live forever". Replace "ideas" with "Honestly Dude" and you've got yourself a deal.

    The dog days of Summer have arrived. In this week's episode, Sam knows way too much about celebrity relationships, Gabe feels like he's being held captive by the Russians, and once again we ponder a future where we make it to 100 episodes. Gabe gets a new job, Sam comes up with the perfect audio-only podcast material, and we imagine how fish would smoke if they could. Sam discusses his favorite thing about exercising, Gabe creates a brand new word, and we come this close to several car accidents. Gabe cracks his knuckles and shares his current gripe with society, Sam has beef with Mr. Beast, and we dive into how social media is robbing us of maintaining full authenticity in the way real life allows us to. We talk about the downside to deleting content on social media and starting over, expand on relationships that turn out to be lessons in our lives, and we cap off a jam-packed episode with an extensive discussion on world records, while trying to figure out which ones we ourselves could attempt to beat. Gabe makes a technological upgrade, Sam thinks his head is changing shapes, and we discuss the hot topic of double dates. Sam is indifferent about the drive-in, Gabe decides on the worst first date idea, and we congratulate each other on a little over one week of sobriety from purchasing Lego sets. Gabe sounds off on the "people-mover Cinnabon", Sam can't wrap his head around the "bookshelf coffin", and we dive into how two new chip flavors are subtly making it infinitely easier to have a healthy diet. We try to comprehend how Taco Bell's new menu item, the Cheeto taco, came to be, Sam needs a raise, and Gabe puts his foot down about some highly contested food debates. Sam has a bizarre shift at work, Gabe gets a week off, and we become pasta mobsters while trying to solve the "Honestly News" case of the mystery riverside noodles. Gabe can't fake cry at a funeral, Sam is repulsed by an easy way to make 20k, and we question whether or not we want to become accidental criminals.
