Stewart Mandel, The Athletic tells us what the new House ruling means for college athletics. It's essentially a salary cap for college sports. About three quarters will go to football and the majority of the rest will go to basketball in most situations. He takes us through the pros and cons of this new ruling. Ian tells you something good.     Ian will not lose it when it comes to the Mariners right now, and he won't refuse to talk. While always a Mariners' fan, he's frustrated - but Ian isn't ready to lose his mind - he wants them to be better. Eno Sarris, The Athletic joins Ian to discuss just how concerned Mariners fans should be right now with the recent downtrend. There are some silver linings - but there is reality when it comes to the injuries. Eno likes Logan Evans as a fifth spot pitcher, so is the out pitch missing?
