    How you think and feel on a habitual basis and the actions you take (or don't take) as a result, is what dictates your experience and the results of your life. However, over 90% of that is primarily driven by your subconscious and unconscious mind! It's how we react to life's circumstances, it's what we believe about ourselves and the world, it's "neural patterns and programs" that have been wired in over time (and some of them since have been in place since birth!).


    When you bring awareness into that thinking and feeling process and how your mind works, you begin to change your experience of reality.


    Therefor, your mental fitness is determined by the level of consciousness you bring to how you think and feel. Yet, how much focus and energy do you put into that? Do you work on your mindset as consistently or frequently as you exercise or work?


    And improved consciousness only comes with committed practice that's as routine as brushing your teeth!
