    We now know that in contrast to the outer world, our inner world works differently. Every effort we do internally to push, fix, resist, defend, or try to disregard the expressions of our internal dimension will only generate tension and activation. On the other hand, if we learn how to notice, allow, expand, and relax into that allowing our inner dimension finds the necessary space to express whatever it needs to. As we practice this exercise, we will experience more connection, more understanding, more clarity, and more alignment to be who we truly are.
