An interview with Scottish saxophonist Bobby Wellins at the Millennium Hall. It was great to spend time backstage with this absolutely lovely man, who played beautiful music that night.

During this interview, Bobby had asked me if I sang. I said that I may consider singing in the future after he recommended that I give it a try. Little did we both know that four years after this interview I would start singing at Jazz and Blues jam sessions in Berlin, Germany.

This was definitely one of my favourite radio interviews for the show.

Bobby Wellins passed away in 2016 from long-term illness. Rest in peace Mr Wellins. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you.
