  • What I would tell my younger self - Part 2
    2025/07/08

The other day, I got a text that completely caught me off guard. It was from the mom of a high school friend asking if we were having a twenty-year class reunion. TWENTY years?! I hadn’t even realized that much time had passed. So crazy!

That message sent me down memory lane, thinking about who I was at 18, what I cared about, and what I thought life would be like. And it got me wondering: if I could go back and talk to my teenage self, what would I say?

In this episode (and the few that follow), I’m sharing the top things I would tell my 18-year-old self. The lessons, reminders, and encouragement that I’ve learned along the way. I hope this little series inspires you to reflect on your own journey and maybe even think about what you’d say to the younger version of you.

  • Breaking cycles of generational trauma, healing from religious abuse, and choosing reckless hope in the face of fear -with Melanie Rudd
    2025/06/24

Melanie grew up in a world where faith was law, obedience was survival, and questioning the rules came at a cost. For years, she tried to fit the mold—silencing doubts, suppressing her true self, and sacrificing personal freedom for acceptance. But beneath the surface, a storm was brewing—unresolved religious trauma, addiction, and a desperate need for something real.

This is probably one of the most real and raw podcast interviews I have done. Melanie's story is deep and powerful, and has made her into the amazing and strong woman she is today.
