Melissa chooses to work out in the morning, as it sets her day up for success. She admits she lost sight of this for a short time at the beginning of the pandemic. She stopped working out as she let fear overtake her. That quickly came to an end when she remembered her children were watching, and she wanted to teach them that even when times get tough, we never stop taking care of ourselves.
