  • We shot this episode right after the news of the mass shootings a few months back and as you can see my energy was very disturbed while recording this podcast. As an empath in todays world it comes with such a heavy burden to feel the worlds pain as you try to live your life. You can’t just operate like everyone else , everything that takes place effects you mentally and emotionally. Especially with the economy being down , the War on Ukraine 🇺🇦, Brittney Griner still being in police custody over a cannabis pen, gas prices through the roof , Roe v Wade being overturned , inflation, like I can go on & on about the state of the world 🌎 . 

    Lastly , the mental health state of America is at an all time low yet we continue to walk around walking wounded like we didn’t just go through a 2 year pandemic that left a lot of people mentally and emotionally unstable. I address all these issues on my show
