Loretta holds a first-class degree in Professional and Creative Writing with Media Arts and has been recognized for her outstanding contributions. In 2019, she was selected for the Music Manager Forum's 'Accelerator' Program in partnership with YouTube and Arts Council England. Following this, in 2021, she became a part of the PRS Foundation's groundbreaking 'Power Up' scheme, supporting 40 Black music professionals and artists.
Currently managing talents like Poet, Producer, and Rapper Joshua Luke Smith, British/Nigerian/Jamaican Folk-Soul Singer-Songwriter Bianca Rose, and award-winning Rap and Grime artist Guvna B, Loretta's passion for social change and racial equality through music is evident in her work.
