Hey Friends!!!!

Welcome to this weeks episode, releasing old versions of yourself.

We all enter new "eras" so to speak, and with each new beginning, is an ending. New beginnings are exciting and also can cause a lot of anxiety.

We are human, so we tend to hold on to that which is familiar, even if it doesn't serve our soul's purpose. Today, I share a little of my story of accepting my past, honoring and thanking EACH version of me, and letting the old ones go.

There comes a time in life you just say, "Fuck it. I deserve to be happy and demand more from life!" and WELCOME TO MY NEWEST ERA!!!!
