The Shit Show of Prioritising Our Health with Miranda Sherman

  • サマリー

  • Welcome to episode 9 of Overcoming the Shit Show! This week’s episode is for those that need a reminder that you know you best, no one knows you better than you.

This episode I chat to Miranda about the magic of: children, reading and turds. Miranda also speaks on the importance of filtering advice or instruction through our own body before we take it as gospel, seeing if it lands with us, before taking action.

Miranda is a postpartum doula, circle facilitator, meditation guide, Intuitive and Somatic Energy Practitioner. She is a mama of two littles and lives in the mountains of Colorado in the States. She is passionate about holding space for mamas to rest and return to Self. She holds mother circles online and offers free weekly practices sent to your inbox!

    Together we touch on:

The wildness of being friends with people on the other side of the world

There is so much that gets done in rest

    Asking for help

    Prioritising our health
