Sandy Meyers works on staff at St. Patrick’s as the coordinator of parish nurse ministry. Her role entails more than being attuned to the physical needs of people but also the mental and emotional well being of individuals. He recently wrote a paper for a conference on the process of discernment in civic duties, specifically voting. He breaks down some of Aquinas’ philosophical thought to give a comprehensive guide to listening to our moral compass in the process of being active citizens.

Patricio Chacon is in the Norbertine order and is also a fellow New Mexican, like Jacob. This conversation centers around Patricio’s discernment process into the Norbertines, some nerding out on theology, some New Mexico things, and more.

Andrew Craig received his masters degree from Boston College and recently published a children’s book entitled “The Girl Who Saved The Stars.” In this book Andrew tells the story of a young girl who lives in a big city where the stars begin to disappear. The young girl is concerned for the stars so she does something about it.
