In Episode 008, we continue our 4-part series going through the 4 phases of training most of our athletes go through in an A-race progression, specifically in the context of long distance triathlon. The 4 phases include Form, Speed, Force, and Focus. In this episode we jump into our third phase of training called “Force Phase”. We discuss the purpose, what mindset we want our athletes to be in, share example workouts, and talk about the adaptations you can expect to occur.
