I’m joined after a few month hiatus with my most returning guest, Ryan Shaw. It’s been a few months since we last connected with Ryan on the podcast where we discussed some of the attributes of a successful fat loss diet. It’s been a few months, and Ryan is going through a VERY productive massing phase.
