The Wallabies down England in the dying moments for their first win at Twickenham since 2015.

  • サマリー

  • This week in the ‘KOKO Match Review’ the boys celebrate an amazing Wallabies win against the old foe England in the dying moments at Twickenham. The ‘Gladiators of Gold’ showed a new identity of grit and determination to claim only their second Test Match win over the motherland in their last twelve matchups. The gang analyzed Aussie debutant Joseph Sua’ali’i’s performance as he became only the second Wallaby behind our very own Matt Giteau to play their first professional rugby union match on the international stage. Although Joseph’s bank balance might have a few less commas than Goits, he did however manage a feat that our little legend couldn't by claiming player man of the match honours in his very first outing. In a game where both sides landed punches and weathered storms, the lads highlight that for the Wallabies Len Ikitau had a formidable performance in every facet of the game and for the English it is fair to say Marcus Smith has put a stake in the ground as a premier fly half in world rugby. However, it was Joe Schmidt’s men who dug deep for the full eighty minutes and ensured that the always elusive Grand Slam title was still alive and kicking for the Wallabies in 2024.

The lads will cover every square inch of this cracking Test Match documenting the emotional ebbs and flows of International rugby and how the mighty Wallabies took a Schmidt on England’s parade. So wake the fuck up and smell the roses that we just stole from those pesky primadonna Poms. Australia it is time to stop checking your blood pressure, pop a ‘xanny’, pour yourself a spritz and just bathe in the warm and fuzzies that a win over England provides. Please enjoy another dose of the ‘KOKO Match Review’.
