Having taken a look at some of the AI creative tools I am stunned by the lack of black presence. In this video I call for people of black heritage to get involved in AI as a matter of urgency and for investors, especially black investors to support them. Otherwise we run the risk of calling racism and lack of representation in 50 years as nothing would have changed. Storytelling must be about representation. So often what we say and do, do not always align. Are we saying and doing things because others are watching or are we doing and saying them because they align with our own values.

Additionally, there is always a price for what we want. The price we are willing to pay for something will depend on how valuable that thing is to us. If we don't think it is worth the price, then all we will do is pay lip service to our desires and not put in the work to achieve it.

I interrupt my series on 'Running Chronicles' to bring you an inspiring interview with multi-million property owner and surgeon, Dr Titus Odedun. He tells us about his work ethic which took him from being an out-ofs-chool mechanic on the streets of Lagos to becoming a multi-millionaire in the UK.

I discuss how people run really fast and then get tired early. I encourage you to learn to create a pace that suits you. Do not worry about how slow or fast others are going. Life is rarely a sprint, so settle in for a marathon.

Secondly, life can be so busy with so many demands on our time and ourselves. Learn to make space for solitude to think and to grow and to heal.
