  • Scott Perryman COVID-19 Self-discovery and Finding Your Why
    2020/05/03

In the midst of this pandemic, many are re-evaluating their priorities and goals. This is an opportune time for leaders to take a moment and reassess their leadership journey. A critical leg of this leadership journey is self-discovery and finding your purpose. Simon Sinek refers to this as Finding your True North, or Finding Your Why. In this episode Brett (who agreed to be my Why Discovery Partner) and I (the one working on Finding My Why) begin Part 2: Draft Your Why. We utilize Simon's Why Discovery Course as a guide. We'll continue to follow this process until I complete the course and finalize my Why statement. I can hardly wait to share it with you. In the mean time, I have enjoyed digging deep and remembering the formative stories of my life. We hope you enjoy this conversation. So far, I can definitely recommend it! Let us know what you think and share any comments or questions in the comment section, especially if you have completed this process.
