  • Hi everyone...! and welcome to the first episode of BTBM..! Come listen why 50 of us are cycling 200 miles over 4 days to raise money and awareness of mental health. We are teaming up with two awesome forces - The Bigmoose charity, and the amazing YouTube heroes, Craig and Amy from 'Kinging It'. The team of 50 participants have come from all over the world including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Greece, Netherlands and Hawaii - Loads of other places too. In this episode, I talk about our reasons for taking on the challenge and you'll hear from some of the team give their personal reasons for bringing attention to this hugely important subject - mental health.

So come with us..! subscribe to the podcast and join us as we take on the challenge - Listen to our laughs, tears and the intimate stories of why we're doing this. It's going to be a powerful, funny, heartfelt ride.
