The election - "What really frustrates me is that the people who voted for Trump will never acknowledge their mistake or be accountable when shit hits the fan. They will find a new scapegoat and defiantly march towards the demise of us all. Maybe there is no karma in the real world. Sure, most of us will die but it won't matter whether you voted red or blue. This is the worst trait of humans. This ability to evade responsibility and convince yourself that someone else is always to blame. This is what happens when you promote "self-interest" above all!"

The DNC deserves blame too.

Trump judge blocks overtime pay for 4 million workers - The rule would have required employers to pay overtime premiums to salaried workers who earn less than $1,128 per week, or about $58,600 per year, when they work more than 40 hours in a week, beginning Jan. 1, 2025, and it had temporarily raised the threshold to about $44,000 per year on July 1.

The previous threshold of about $35,500, which was set in 2019, will now be back in effect.

Trump announces oil executive Chris Wright as his pick for energy secretary. The rich get richer - According to Bloomberg’s Billionaire Index, the world’s 10 richest people got even richer, collectively adding $64 billion to their coffers on the day Trump captured the presidency for the second time.
