From these perspectives what I discovered and learned is that self-worth is determined by oneself and is not dependent on external achievements or validation. What was surprising also is the importance of understanding one's core values and beliefs is crutial in order to establish a sense of worth. With that it's also worth mentioning that our experiences in life and upbringing can have a huge impact on our self-worth therefore the need for self-reflection and personal development is extremely valuable. We have to be willing to learn from our failures as part of our growth journey. What we've been through or where we may find ourselves in life, as we may deem successful or not, established or not doesn't determine our worth. And if you feel like you've lost your sense of worth, please know that this is something you can rebuild.
