  • O - Overcoming Obstacles: Obstacles are inevitable in both business and sports. The key is to face them head-on, use your strengths, and keep moving forward.
  • G - Growth: Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. By embracing adversity, you build mental toughness and resilience.
  • S - Sovereignty: The final stage is owning your resilience. After overcoming challenges, you emerge as a stronger, more capable leader, ready to perform at your peak.
