“We stopped swaddling and we recommend that everybody stops swaddling when they first see their bubs first signs of rolling and that can be from tummy to back, or back to tummy, rolling is rolling. It’s really important that parents transition their bubs when they first see these signs, it can be as early as 8-weeks or as late as 6-months, every baby is different.”
Sarah caught up with Hana from Love to Dream to find out when to stop swaddling our baby, how we transition our bubs safely and how to not lose sleep.
Hana is the founder of Love to Dream and is passionate about helping families achieve better longer sleep. Her swaddling and transitioning story comes from not sleeping for 14-months when her first bub was born.
This is Part 2 of a 2-part interview. Part 1: Swaddling can be found HERE.
