Is that a cryptic title or are we just recording live from a Bone Thugs N Harmony concert? You can never tell with Twin Cities Double Up, but one thing is clear; our hearts have been broken by our star's departure from our last project. Cole, if you learned how to read and are now reading this, please come back to us! We shot this episode weeks earlier and kept it in the vault as we watched the Cole Mind slowly cave in, but it is always darkest before the dawn, and we must release the failed (and unofficial) 50th show before we hit the Ink Fusion Expos.

Twin Cities Double Up needed to take it up a notch as we have been too tame in Cole's absence so this week Meko hit the streets to find a new guest that would be sure to steal the show. As always, Meko does not disappoint and brings in his longtime companion "Pops" for a trip into the Cole Mind and we become more confused than ever. Pops shares his dreams for future laws as well as explains the mischief he partook in prior to the show. Strap yourself in for a doozy this week and if anything you hear confuses you, don't worry, it just means you're normal.

Some stars shine so bright that they burn out before their time. Other stars get mad and quit podcasts. While it's tough to say what type of star Cole is, we do know one thing, he is missing from this week's episode. That's right people, this is the first episode of Twin Cities Double Up where we are unable to dig deep into the mind of Cole because we lost his mind. Meko and Mister Brock had the pleasure of interviewing the original sun flyer Icarus Alexander this week and boy howdy was it a good time. Tune in as we find out what makes this wrestler strap on the tights every week.

What's better than one guest? Two guests? Maybe on most podcasts but here on Twin Cities Double Up we keep our amps cranked to eleven and welcome three of the best and brightest for a fun fueled session of peacocking and shit talking. We are joined by the mega talented Brady Salay; the godfather of games, who has recently come out with his newest creation "Gray Duck"; a card game so fun that the FDA is considering adding it to the list of banned substances for those who hate to have a good time. If this wasn't enough, we are also joined by Dallas who happens to be one of the most stand-up individuals to ever grace this country and who People Magazine once called the most eligible bachelor to come out of Minnesota since Josh Hartnett (don't bother verifying this fact). Finally, as if the show wasn't good enough, Benny stops by midway through to say hi. That's right, we got Mister Brock's very own "car guy" and voice of reason to join us on the show after an epic RV run last week that had both Nascar and NASA turning heads. What happens when you pack this many cool guys into an episode of Double Up? You are going to have to tune in to find out.

Twin Cities Double Up gets schooled this week as we are joined by Professor Bear from the Wrestling Society Network. What is the Wrestling Society Network you ask? It's only the coolest collaboration of everything wrestling available on a bunch of major streaming platforms and you would be a fool to miss out on the incredible content these people are putting out. Will we someday find their way on to this network? Only time will tell. In the meantime, tune in to this episode to hear the Professor change Meko's mind on slapping the Queen and find out if Cole would say hello to Adele.

Double Up goes international as we bring on guest Lindsey Jordan from the magical land known as the United Kingdom. Will Cole break through the language barrier or survive the culture shock on this week's episode? We weren't sure, so to be safe, we enlisted the help of our favorite guest host Steve Shanabarger from "I Still Call it a Lariat" to make sure Cole safely navigated his way through this foreign terrain. Tune in to hear the crew discuss their favorite X-men, share their worst gifts ever given, and we find out what favorite hobby Cole learned from a friend!

We take things up a notch this week as we are joined by local wrestling star Jason Rage and find out what led him into this industry, as well as, how high he hopes to climb in the business. Seeds may have even been planted for a new tag team duo if and when Mister Brock, himself, decides to enter the world of professional wrestling. Is Rage and Fury the future of America? We make a new friend as we welcome the incredibly funny Steve Shanabarger onto Twin Cities Double Up to discuss his Podcast "I Still Call it a Lariat" as well as the finer things in life like why we call Cole's ding dong Don Cheadle and Meko's fear of possums. We have a blast riffing with Steve and think we have found our new favorite guest to bring on anytime we need to put Cole back in his place.
