Understanding Adults Who Had to Navigate Through Life Without Guidance | Episode 22

  • サマリー

  • We do not have it all together! What can you possibly expect from an adult who pretty much had to raise themselves? You really have to understand 9/10 these adults been through some traumatizing shit as children and young adults. Although, everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions, it's important to understand WHY one might have the personality traits that they do as a result of their up-bringing so that it can be taking to account when dealing with someone who suffers with these issues.

So many people in the world including people around you(stores you go to, work, schools, etc.), at least one of them will more than likely suffer with some sort of mental challenge. And what I mean by mental challenge, I mean at war with themselves because of anxiety, PTSD and/or depression.

To play your part in advocating for mental health, be sure to observe your loved ones and try to catch on to any patterns or signs before it too late. Give someone a compliment, try to smile more often.

Thanks for listening and please leave an honest review and like the page on Facebook.
