Exploring the "heart space" is a beautiful journey into our emotional core, where both our vulnerability and strength reside. It’s true that the heart space can feel restricted or "locked down" for various reasons—trauma, disappointment, fear, or even just the business of life. This shut-down can prevent us from fully feeling and connecting, limiting our energy and creativity, and potentially leading to emotional or physical symptoms like tension, fatigue, repeated errors, or even illness.
Unlocking this space can bring a profound sense of flow. When we embrace heart-centered energy, we start to align more closely with our true selves and our authentic desires, letting go of blocks that prevent us from living as we wish to. This journey allows us to stop over-analyzing and start simply feeling—moving out of our heads and into our hearts.
A new meditation follows as part of this season's "twelve week challenge". In preparation for the meditation, it might help to reflect on these questions: How does your heart space feel right now? Is it expansive or closed, warm or neutral? Just gently notice, without judgment, where you’re starting from.
With practice, you will find a growing sense of lightness and freedom, as well as a deeper ability to navigate life with compassion and resilience. This is your energy finding it's true self - the version of you that is already created and waiting for you.
