I will help you break away from dejection and feeling powerless. I've been working with binge eaters and sugar addicts for the last ten years, and now I'm turning my attention to type 2 diabetes. Let’s be honest - this is no quick fix. Of course there is still work to do, but wouldn't you rather do work that empowered, motivated and inspired you? Wouldn't you rather take control of your health NOW and give yourself the pain-free retirement you deserve, the extra years with your family - or just plain and simple get your life back? We need to have a different conversation from the one about full blown type 2 diabetes, one that focuses on the hidden opportunities of prediabetes. It is super important to not over-identify with people who have a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. That’s why you need Unprediabetes!     In this episode, I explore two very different real life type 2 diabetes stories.

    In the first story, we meet Hannah, whose food intake was very much controlled by what I call The Inner Food Rebel.

    I also interview a client of mine who in 6 weeks has dropped his A1C measure from 58 (well into type 2 territory) to 50 (pre-diabetes) and dropped 6 kilos. Find out how he achieved this.

    There are four ways that Hannah and my client diverge. Four factors in their respective outcomes:
