Carter & Mike discuss the experimental vaccines and medicines in the military, whether consented to or not, and how the Dept of Defense has a long standing history of mandating these treatments. Fast forward to today, how have mandates, COVID19 or otherwise, impacted the current state of world as it pertains to standardized immunizations.
