Your mental health is highly affected by the boundaries you set with yourself and others. The lack of the proper boundaries can result in anxiety, depression, or codependency. Becoming self-aware of what you want from others is crucial to identify the boundaries you need to set, we hope that when you listen to this episode you begin setting boundaries with those around you.
