This week we hear two of Warsaw Community Schools Instructional Coaches, Mandy Duncan and Hilary Stouder, along with Deputy Superintendent, Dr. Dani Barkey,  about the Literacy Cadre Work being done in our elementary schools in partnership with the Department of Education as we bring The Science of Reading into our classrooms! Work through the cadre is shifting the way Warsaw Community Schools teach reading to all students. Tune in to learn more about the instructional shifts, what the data is already showing us, and how families can support the reading process at home.

This week retired teachers Scott and Deb McClintock join Aimee and Kyle to reflect on their nearly combined 90 years of teaching. They’ll share a bit more about themselves, their journey with Warsaw Community Schools as well as some of their personal experiences and experiences they’ve created for students.

Episode 7: Go Baby Go!
 
This week Mason Fitterling, student at Warsaw Community High School, and Mrs. Abbi Richcreek, teacher at Edgewood Middle School, join Aimee and Kyle to tell the story of Go Baby Go! This unique STEM experience invites Edgewood students, as well as engineers from around the community, to redesign and modify 12-volt vehicles for toddlers with developmental challenges.
