  • Why can't she see the real me?
    2020/06/06

You are a funny and easy-going guy who met someone. You spent some nice time together, you were joking like you always do. But then, she wrote that you are too serious for her. WTF? Where did she find this in you? Why did she see something that is not present in you at all? Or do you just think that it's not present in you?

Is the perception that people have of you the real you?

Is what we feel about ourselves real?

Or is it something that you want to show?

Sometimes we wonder how some people can come to conclusions about us that are the opposite of the real us.

Why does one person see you as a serious individual and another one as a silly clown?

What is the TRUE you amongst the "opinion of others", "our perception about ourselves" and the "real you"?

In this episode we speak about the perception that people have about us and how to deal with it. Do we need to change something and if yes, what?

True stories and the answer to the question, “Could someone be described in their entirety?”, included.

  • I am lazy. Or am I?
    2020/05/29

    Are you lazy?

Would you consider yourself a lazy person? At times, do you feel as though you have no energy to accomplish the day’s tasks or even the inspiration to get out of bed in the morning? Do you get down on yourself because of this lack of enthusiasm?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this episode is for you!

We will question the preconception of laziness and even challenge its actual existence. We will propose the possibility that you are not lazy at all. On the contrary, you a person with an inherent but often misunderstood intuition in regards to your own desires and motivations.

And as usual, we’ll share some stories and examples from our personal lives, because we, like all humans, are “lazy” from time to time...

Looking forward to hear from you!!

  • Afraid of getting old
    2020/05/24

As children, we are in a rush to grow up, but once we reach adulthood, we very often regret that we didn’t fully appreciate our fleeting youth

We do indeed grow up but at some point we recognize that we are also starting to grow old. The body looses the strength, speed and resilience it once had as the first wrinkles appear and the gray hair splashes. Most of us fear of aging.

How terrible it is to become old! How terrible it is to realize that youth has abandoned you!

But do we even need to be afraid of how old age can manifest itself?

Is it only a drastic decline in appearance and ability coupled with the painful decrease of sexual attractiveness? Or we feel that life is going to be end? In this episode we discuss if we able to stop being afraid of getting old and that our set of mind make us old before we really get to this point.

Maybe adapting to aging simply requires adjusting our way of thinking.

We will tell you about Masha Panova's (@dusapin_masha) "Hide&seek" photo project and how it can change the view on aging.

Listen to the episode and share your thoughts with us!

Looking forward to hear from you!!
