  • Two storms, one on each coast is bringing heavy rain and the potential for heavy mountain snows. The first winter storm watches are up for some counties in West Virginia there are more to come later today. Winter Storm & Blizzard Warnings are posted for the West Coast from Washington State south to Northern California. Some drought relief is coming to the Northeast and Northern Mid Atlantic states with rain heavy at times Wednesday night into Thursday morning. This will be followed by showery rains and mountain snows later Thursday and lasting into early Saturday.
