Hello loves! I wanted to introduce myself, I am Erin McGuire, 25 years old and have been on my weight loss journey since June 2022. I created this podcast to share the mental health side and struggles associated with weight loss. I have experienced many up's and down's during my journey and I wanted to share those experiences with others in hopes that it can encourage someone else to achieve their goals!
