It seems like there have been many breakups and divorces going on in the world right now... must be something in the water.
But regardless, breakups of any kind SUCK... and they're very hard and can sometimes bring out the worst in us.
While I've had my fair share of breakups and have made many mistakes, I am now 3 months post-breakup and doing a lot better... and I think it's simply because I've learned from my mistakes and spent the last 90 days dealing with it in a way that made for a better tomorrow.
In this episode, I share some of the things that have helped me get through my breakup. Dos and donts, things to try, navigating shared friend groups and running into your ex, and the good things that can even come with being single again.
As always, take what you need and leave what you don't. Breakups are a big transition and give yourself some grace if you're not proud of how you're handling it.
In the end, we're all just living the human experience. So welcome, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and hear it from someone who gets it: you got this and there are better days ahead.
