Today's episode asks if it's important to wear a mouthguard when we workout. If the workout is rigorous with heavy weights then it's a good idea to wear a custom fit athletic mouthguard when working out.
If the workout is very light with light weights, but still involves lifting weights, then a nightguard can be a good idea.
