  • Americans more and more are ignorant of the heritage and history of their country not understanding the relevance of Civics. American history is more and more often not taught in our schools and if it is, it is a dramatic revisionist version of the same.

    We have a Judeo-Christian heritage which impacted America 150 years prior to the official establishment of our nation. Do we appreciate how instrumental were the governmental frameworks made by the very first settlers of our land who made pacts and covenants with God? As those legal agreements involved land, are they still in effect today from God's perspective?

    Do we as Americans even know what is the nature of our government? Is it a "democracy" or is it a constitutional representational republic? Is such a government able to function without the participation of its citizens?

    What has been preached from pulpits to erroneously discourage our participation in our own governance?
